Shipping Policy (Singapore)

• We do not ship outside of Singapore at the moment. 
• Standard delivery is S$5 and will take 2 – 4 working days.
• Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel drop-off points. Kindly provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

 

·    Returns & Exchange Policy

Please contact us at Service@blankspace.com.sg if you wish to facilitate a return or exchange for defective or wrong items.

1. Eligibility

·      Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos and contact number.

·       Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.

2. Returns

·       You may request a refund or store credit.

·       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

·       Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

·       Exchanges are allowed for different colors or styles, subject to stock availability.

·       We will cover return shipping.

·       If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

·       Final sale or clearance items.

·       Gift cards (if applicable).
