1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration or beginning to use this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to all or part of these Terms, or if the laws of your country or region exclude any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease registration and use of the Service.

BLANK SPACE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Such changes will be announced on the Service website, and we may notify you via the contact methods you have provided or by other appropriate means (as determined by us). You are responsible for reviewing such updates and maintaining up-to-date contact information.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications or updates shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of such changes.

 


2. Customer Registration Obligations and Responsibilities

By completing the registration process or continuing to use the services provided on the BLANK SPACE website (the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions of this Service.

When using this Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), as well as international internet practices and security standards. If you are located outside Taiwan, you also agree to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity or actions that may harm others, including but not limited to:

3-1. Violating any laws or infringing upon the rights of others.
3-2. Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Service or systems.
3-3. Accessing or collecting information without proper authorization.
3-4. Impersonating another person.
3-5. Infringing upon others’ reputation, privacy, copyrights, intellectual property, or other rights.
3-6. Uploading or distributing false, defamatory, abusive, threatening, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
3-7. Breaching any confidentiality obligations under law or contract.
3-8. Uploading or distributing harmful code (e.g., viruses, Trojan horses).
3-9. Engaging in illegal transactions, including but not limited to firearms, drugs, counterfeit goods, or other prohibited items.
3-10. Interfering with or disrupting the Service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system.
3-11. Collecting others’ email addresses or personal data without consent.
3-12. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.

If you violate or are suspected of violating any of the above provisions, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (in whole or in part) and remove any related content without prior notice. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

If your actions involve illegal conduct, you shall bear all legal responsibility. The Company may cooperate with judicial or regulatory authorities and may provide relevant personal data for investigation purposes (e.g., anti-money laundering). The Company also reserves the right to terminate, suspend, restrict, or delete your account and revoke all benefits in accordance with these Terms.

 


3. Definition of Registered Account and Membership

An account registered on this website may be referred to as a “member” within the Service. This designation applies solely to the BLANK SPACE online store and its services, and does not extend to or include membership benefits or services offered at offline retail locations.

 


4. Service Suspension, Interruption, and System Failure

1-2. If any information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the Service.

2-2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password.
2-3. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use or security breach.

The Company will use reasonable efforts and technology to maintain normal operation of the Service. However, the Service may be suspended or interrupted in the following circumstances:

3-1. Maintenance, relocation, upgrade, or repair of related systems (with prior notice where possible).
3-2. Violation of laws or these Terms by the user.
3-3. Natural disasters or force majeure events.
3-4. Causes not attributable to the Company.
3-5. Situations beyond the Company’s control resulting in incorrect data display, tampering, deletion, unauthorized access, or system failure.

The Service may occasionally experience interruptions or malfunctions, which may result in inconvenience, data loss, or errors. You are advised to take appropriate precautions when using the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

 


5. Changes to the Service

By registering an account (referred to as “member” within the Service), you agree that the Company may, in accordance with applicable laws, modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Service and these Terms at any time. Such changes will take effect upon announcement on the website without individual notice.
